| Abstract: | We performed Tetramer Guided Epitope Mapping of Tetanus Toxoid and several Influenza proteins using 13mer peptides to determine precise CD4 T cell epitopes. T cell specificities and pheoptypes were assessed using samples from vaccinated and non-vaccinated subjects. We refined several class II restricted epitopes. |
